DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
For just $3, we will package your Zoe & Sprout order in our super cute signature gift bag made of recycled materials. We will also include a gift card and omit the pricing information.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD?
Items are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after order is placed. All items are shipped via Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery) for a flat $5. We do our best to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. If you need something shipped quickly, please drop us a note at info@zoeandsprout.com and we will do our best to accomodate your needs.
WHAT IF I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order for a complete refund. Items must be returned within 30 days in their original condition (unwashed and unworn).
WHAT CRITERIA ARE USED WHEN SELECTING YOUR SUPPLIERS?
Zoe & Sprout is committed to limiting our impact on the environment and supporting fair labor environments - we utilize suppliers who share that same commitment. Our organic cotton is made in India and is 3rd party verified based on the GOTS standards. Organic harvesting and production methods are reviewed to insure no pesticides or chemical fertilizers have been used in its cultivation. Fair labor practices are examined to insure compliance with the public law and fair labor standards. Colored organics are dyed with non-toxic and azo-free dyes, natural colored organics contain no dyes, and white organics are non-chlorine bleached
WHAT IS ZOE & SPROUT DOING TO GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY?
We are strongly commited to giving back to the community through charitiable giving. In 2008 we started our organic line and by 2009 our hope is to be all organic. With this shift to sustainable clothing, we have decided to partner with Keep America Beautiful by giving 3% of our profits to them each year. For over 50 years they have been engaging individuals to take greater responsibility for improving their community environments. We are proud to support such an important and impactful organization.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO SELECT?
Please refer to the size chart below for guidelines. Our garments shrink very little after washing, but since babies grow so fast, we recommend ordering the next size up if you are unsure of size.
